1. What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, avatar, optional location.
- Listings and messages: content you post, including photos.
- Order info: shipping address, tracking numbers, order status.
- Payments: handled by Stripe — we don't store full card numbers.
- Technical: IP address, browser, and basic logs for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace: create accounts, show listings, process orders and payouts, send notifications, resolve disputes, and comply with the law. We also use it to improve the site and prevent fraud.
3. Who we share it with
- Counterparties: buyers and sellers see the info needed to complete an order (name, shipping address, tracking).
- Service providers: Stripe (payments and payouts), our hosting and email delivery providers.
- Law enforcement: when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Email
Transactional and account emails are sent from our verified domain. Every promotional message includes a one-click unsubscribe. Auth and receipt emails cannot be turned off while your account is active.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in, session security, and basic analytics of aggregate site usage. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Data retention
Account, listing, order, and message data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, fraud, and dispute reasons. You can request account deletion via the Support page.
7. Your rights
You can view and update your profile in your account. If you're a resident of a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (access, deletion, correction, portability), contact us and we'll honor them within a reasonable time.
8. Security
Accounts are protected by industry-standard password hashing and per-user database access rules. No system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password and keep your device up to date.
9. Children
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
