Escrow payment protection
Payments are captured at checkout and held safely until you confirm your item arrived as described. Funds are only released to the seller after the confirmation window, and active disputes freeze the payout.
Secure accounts
Authentication is handled by our managed identity provider with industry-standard password hashing. We never store your password in plain text, and sensitive operations are verified on our servers.
Row-level data protection
Your orders, messages, and profile are protected by per-user access rules in the database. People can only read or change the records they're entitled to — enforced on the server, not just in the app.
On-platform messaging
Keep conversations and negotiations inside the platform. You never have to share your phone number or social handles to complete a deal.
Email you control
Notifications are sent from our own verified domain, links point only to our site, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe so you stay in control of what you receive.
Privacy by default
We collect only what's needed to run the marketplace and never sell your personal data. Shipping and contact details are shared only with the counterparty of an order, when required to complete it.
